In keeping with Hallab’s global reputation for excellent Lebanese sweets, we developed a data-driven communication strategy to penetrate key markets across 3 continents. Through a digital ecosystem audit, we conducted UI/UX website enhancements to optimise the customer journey and enable a greater purchase conversion rate, all while leveraging real-time business intelligence through an attribution model that maximised return on ad spend on paid digital media channels.
